Camille A. Perna practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Gift Taxation, Business Planning and Formation, Exempt Organizations, Real Estate and Tax Planning.

Camille frequently represents families with substantial real estate and business interests. Camille’s tax and real estate expertise benefits clients as they weigh options in developing and updating their estate plans. This broad perspective also enables her to quickly spot planning inefficiencies and exposure to potential future tax liability. Camille’s business background is another asset in reviewing entity structures as well as estate plans that involve complex business or real estate holdings. She provides guidance on multi-generational strategies, which can include the formation of a family foundation to carry her clients’ charitable intent into future generations. Camille has considerable experience working with lenders, 1031 Exchange specialists, family foundations, and tax return preparation and examination.

Estate planning often involves periods of grief and loss, and Camille is known for her compassionate approach during these difficult transitions. She is an objective and forthright advisor who counsels clients on their best courses of action, always with sensitivity to their circumstances.

Camille enjoys playing golf, running, traveling and seeing Broadway shows. When she is not traveling, Camille likes to spend time with friends and family enjoying San Diego.
