
S. Morgan Hezlep
Steffanie “Morgan” Hezlep is an experienced attorney, specializing in the areas of Probate and Trust Litigation, Probate and Trust Administration, and contested Guardianships and Conservatorships. As a highly persuasive litigator and advocate for her clients, Morgan handles cases involving routine and complex probate and civil matters. She represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, petitioners, objectors, creditors, guardians and conservators in matters filed in both probate and civil courts.
Over Morgan’s 20+ year career, she has successfully tried more than 45 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials and drafted and argued countless discovery and dispositive motions. And outside the courtroom, Morgan creates custom discovery plans and effectively utilizes alternative dispute resolution forums, such as mediation and arbitration, to further assist clients in resolving their legal disputes.
Morgan seeks to understand her clients’ needs, wishes, and situations so they feel heard during these periods of legal and emotional turmoil. She combines her active listening skills with her legal knowledge and experience to provide pertinent legal analysis and advice.
When not in the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to live music, reading, watching foreign films, and traveling abroad.
